Lakewood is capable of transforming any sized parcel of raw land into fully serviced, sites ready for development. We are experienced in the installation of conventional utilities such as sewer, drain, , water, hydro, tel, and cable services. We are also able to construct new roads, curbs, and sidewalks. A unique part of our work on the Westhills project also includes the installation and maintenance of district energy distribution lines which form part of an innovative Community Energy System that delivers thermal energy to hundreds of end users. Our staff includes fully trained and certified butt, electric, and socket fusion technicians for HDPE pipe up to 48” in diameter.
