Established in 2006, Lakewood Estates has been steadily growing in size and reputation. Over the years, Lakewood has developed from a small 5-person workforce to over 25 full-time employees, including qualified supervisors, equipment operators, pipe layers and labourers. With a combined 60+ years of senior construction management experience, Lakewood is fully capable of completing all your land development projects on time and on budget. We are proud to have worked on countless residential, municipal and commercial properties, transforming them from raw land to fully serviced, construction-ready lots.
Serving Vancouver Island with Excellence
Lakewood is proud to be the prime contractor for the large scale, master planned community of Westhills in Langford. Westhills is globally recognized for its commitments to green technology, local materials and pedestrian-oriented neighbourhood design. We are also proud to have worked on various projects for the City of Langford, Children’s Health Foundation of Vancouver Island, and multiple leading development companies on Southern Vancouver Island.
Lakewood is a firm believer in having the right equipment to perform a job, and boasts one of the largest equipment fleets on Vancouver Island. We currently own and operate a wide range of machinery including, but not limited to, backhoes, excavators, rock trucks, loaders, hi-way trucks and trailers; all available in a wide variety of sizes. Lakewood also has in-house heavy duty mechanics to provide ongoing equipment maintenance. In addition, Lakewood manages its own rock crushing operation. Our jaw and cone crushers give us the ability to produce road base and crushed rock fill materials on site. All rock crushing equipment is mobile and can be relocated as needed.
