This exciting new residential community is located in the Happy Valley area of southern Langford. In keeping with the project’s commitment to responsible stewardship of the land, a large pond on the property has been designated as a protected riparian zone. In addition to servicing residential lots, Lakewood’s role in this ongoing project has included the successful enhancement of the pond itself and the construction of an engineered channel to improve habitat value for local species.
